ECG Complex Boundaries

AcqKnowledge ECG analysis HRV

The analysis locates QRS, T, and P wave boundaries and defines onset, peak, and end events for each individual complex. The routine does not extract any measurements from the data; the Automated ECG Analysis identifies the boundaries and extracts the measurements.

  • Human: optimizes ECG waveform boundary detection for human ECG Lead II signals.
  • Animal: optimizes ECG waveform boundary detection for smaller animals (default 600 BPM). Since these signals often lack a detectable T wave, T wave boundary detection can be  toggled on or off. Average heart rate can be customized to reflect the normal range of a particular animal subject.
