The TSD107B* pneumotach is a highly linear, wide range, airflow transducer. Using the TSD107B and a DA100C amplifier, with the MP150/100 and AcqKnowledge, the user can perform a variety of tests relating to airflow and lung volume. With the proper equipment and software parameters (listed in this application note), precise lung volume measurements can be obtained.

Sleep Studies - Long term recordings with up to 16 channels of data. Record EEG, EOG, EMG, respiration, temp., sound, limb position and more. Filter out EEG frequencies to score sleep stages.
Respiration | Pulmonary Function - Perform lung volume measurements, examine pressure/volume relationships, and analyze respiratory gases. Use AcqKnowledge to integrate airflow and analyze data.
Exercise Physiology - Examine ventilation, oxygen uptake, carbon dioxide production, biopotentials, temp., and biomechanical signals simultaneously. Record wirelessly with BioNomadix, BioHarness, or TEAM Systems.
Biomechanics - Use BIOPAC equipment for gait analysis, goniometry, ergonomics evaluation, range of motion, EMG, Remote Monitoring or to interface with third-party equipment.
Remote Monitoring - BioNomadix modules provide high quality, full-bandwidth data for a variety of signals—ECG, EEG, EGG, EMG, EOG, PPG, RSP, SKT, Accelerometry, Cardiac Output, Dynamometry, and Heel-Toe Strike.
The NICO Smart Amplifier is specifically designed to measure thoracic impedance for performing noninvasive cardiac output measurements. The amplifier terminates in two connectors for impedance (Z) and its derivative (dZ), and has a 3 m cable that connects directly to an AMI100D Amplifier Input Module. Use with EL526 strip electrodes and CBL246 adapter or with EL500 […]
