Online Analysis

Utilize the powerful online analysis capabilities of the AcqKnowledge software for chronic, acute and in-vitro preparations in both long- and short-term experiments. Sophisticated algorithms will record and analyze, online, a variety of hemodynamic signals. The calculation channels process raw hemodynamic data to provide meaningful parameters on a beat-by-beat basis. The result of one calculation can be fed into another calculation channel to provide sophisticated multi-level analysis.

AcqKnowledge also includes fully automated analysis routines for: Blood Pressure (BP), Left Ventricular Pressure (LVP), ECG, Monophasic Action Potential (MAP), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA), Pressure Volume Loops (PVL), and Baroreflex Sensitivity (BRS). The analysis routine score the raw waveform with event marks and export the measurements to Excel or the Journal file and create new channels of data for each of the measurements.
