Disp. Gen-purp electrode 100/pk
Part #: EL503, EL503-10

These pre-gelled disposable electrodes have a circular contact and are most suitable for short-term recordings, including surface EMG, ECG, EOG, etc. The small vinyl backing allows close electrode placement where necessary, and a slightly less firm adhesive allows “ouchless” removal. The electrodes incorporate liquid electrolyte gel and moderately-high chloride salt concentration for quick, accurate readings. These disposable snap electrodes provide the same signal transmission as reusable electrodes, with added convenience and hygiene. Each peel-and-stick electrode is pre-gelled and designed for one use only. EL503 electrodes do not contain any latex.
Quantity options: 100 or 1,000

Compatibility

  • General-purpose and economical
  • Standard snap connection
  • Ag/AgCl contact (11 mm dia)
  • Electrolyte: wet liguid gel (7% chloride salt)
  • Moderate adhesive
  • Size: 35 mm vinyl backing

Use disposable snap electrodes with any BIOPAC lead specified for snap electrodes (e.g., LEAD110 series). For best performance, use shielded leads (e.g., LEAD110S) for recording electrodes and an unshielded lead (e.g., LEAD110) for the ground electrode.
