The phantom sensor material mimics optical properties of brain tissue, and it is used to test the system to make sure that the fNIR sensor is detecting correctly.

Cleaning fNIR Imagers and Sensor

All generations and models: Use an alcohol-based antiseptic to gently wipe the surface of the fNIR Imager unit or sensor; never use peroxide-based antiseptics.
