Accelerometer for MRI 5 G
Part #: TSD109C2-MRI

This Tri-Axial Accelerometer high level output transducer (±5 G) is optimal for measuring accelerations when performing slow movements, subtle gestures, or tapping responses and can be used as a feedback transducer for subjects in the MRI. The transducer provides three outputs, simultaneously measuring acceleration along the X-, Y- and Z-axes; ships with a 3-axis interface cable (MECMRI-9 to AMI100D or HLT100C), filter set (MRIRFIF), and two Velcro straps (10 cm and 33 cm).

The frequency response extends from DC to 500 Hz. The accelerometer is extremely accurate and can easily be calibrated by simply changing its orientation in three-dimensional space, so that gravity (G=1) acts only upon the desired axis.

The pliable and unobtrusive design conforms readily to body contours—strap the accelerometer on finger, wrist, toe, or foot.

MRI Use: Conditional to 7T

Condition: Use with provided MECMRI-9 cable and MRIRFIF filter. Conductive parts of transducer are electrically and thermally isolated from subject. (See Specifications for components.)

Compatibility

ss26lb accelerometer strap

For use in the MRI, the TSD109C2-MRI must be used with the provided cable (MECMRI-9) and filter set (MRIRFIF) to connect with an existing AMI100D Amplifier Interface Module or HLT100C High Level Transducer module.

Additional straps may be ordered separately in 20, 33, 76, or 137 cm (use part number BN-STRAP-XX).

Non-MRI Accelerometer options:

  • MP160/MP150: TSD109C2, TSD109F
  • Wireless BioNomadix: BN-ACCL3 for use with matched Transmitter/Receiver or BN-ACCL-T for use with Logger
  • MP36/36R: SS26L, SS34L

ECG Electrocardiogram Amplifier for MRI

The ECG100C-MRI Electrocardiogram Amplifier records electrical activity generated by the heart and will reliably record ECG from humans, animals and isolated organ preparations. The amplifier output can be switched between normal ECG output and R-wave detection. The R-wave mode outputs a smoothed pulse with the occurrence of each R-wave. The exact timing of the R-wave […]
