BioNomadix Battery Charger

The BioNomadix Battery Charger is a stand-alone +4.2 volt @ 1 amp charger that connects a BioNomadix Transmitter* module to mains power for charging. The BioNomadix Charger will charge a fully depleted BioNomadix transmitter module in approximately one hour. Full charge provides ~70-90 hours of operation for most module pairs.

Type: Lithium-Ion, single cell.
Output connector: Specific to BN-TX unit, subject leads lockout type connection.

The charger LED changes color to indicate a full charge.

Compatibility


Transmitter batteries last 500 full charge/discharge cycles (70,000+ estimated operational hours) and are factory replaceable. For long term storage the transmitter should be fully charged and turned off before being stored for prolonged periods.

All BN series, wall plug-in, chargers are CE marked for the EC Low Voltage Directive and EMC Directive, and have one or more agency listed certifications (UL, CUL, CSA, GS, TUV and/or VCCI). The units have standard, modular/swappable, mains power input connections and operate over mains power ratings of 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz. Specify destination country when ordering.

One charger is included with each BioNomadix system. If you have multiple transmitter units, only one charger is needed. If simultanaeous charging or a charger backup is needed, additional chargers are recommended.

* For BioNomadix Loggers, use BN-LOG-CHRG (+5 volt @ 1amp).
