Twin-axis Goniometer 110mm, BSL
Part #: SS20L, SS21L, SS22L, SS23L

Dual-axis devices provide simultaneous measurements around two orthogonal rotational axes and single output devices measure axial rotation about a single plane. Use with MP3X or MP45 unit.

  • SS20L and SS21L dual-axis goniometers measure limb angular movement (e.g., wrist flexion/extension and radial/ulnar deviations).
  • SS22L and SS23L single-axis torsiometers measure forearm pronation/supination.
  • SS24L single-axis goniometer measure joint movement (finger or toe).

Devices attach to the body using TAPE2 medical adhesive tape. One MP3X/45 channel is required for each output; to measure both axes simultaneously, twin-axis goniometers require two MP3X/45 channels.

Compatibility

The gauge mechanism allows for accurate measurement of polycentric joints. Telescopic endblocks compensate for changes in distance between the two mounting points as the limb moves.
