BIOPAC Automation Tools

Join us to learn how to use Workflow to automate and standardize procedures in your research lab. Workflow is a drag-and-drop tool that allows you to automate many tasks in AcqKnowledge without the need for programming. Workflows can run on a single file or be used to batch process tasks across many files.

This training will show attendees how to create simple workflows, from opening files, to conditioning and preparing data for analysis, to using AcqKnowledge automated analysis tools for the extraction of meaningful information.

What Will Be Covered:

  • Opening graph files and displaying data
  • Channel Management: labels, duplication, display, auto scale, etc.
  • Transformations: Filtering, Derivative, Smoothing, Waveform math, etc.
  • Standardized conditioning protocols for analysis preparation
  • Find Cycle: measurements, event marks, focus areas, etc.
  • Measurements
  • Analysis routines for: HRV, BP, LVP, ECG, MAP, EDA, Epoch analysis, EMG Frequency and power analysis, Stim response, etc.
  • Analysis routines and custom sequences
  • Customized Batch Processing routines for your study protocol
