Scent Delivery in Virtual Reality

VR with scent

Use Scent Delivery in Virtual Reality for enhanced user experience, olfactory research, marketing research, and similar applications.

The Scent Delivery System projects scents on cue for a predetermined time and then extracts to clear for the next scent; deliver multiple scents throughout the experiment. The Unity® Interface for AcqKnowledge® allows you to easily to connect Unity3D projects with BIOPAC acquisition hardware and analysis software. The Unity environment controls scent delivery in conjunction with location and activity in a VR World. The MP160 collects physiological data from BioNomadix wireless transmitter/receiver pairs and talks to Unity via the Network Data Transfer (NDT) real-time data transfer system. The Unity environment talks back to the MP160 via NDT.
