This script shows only the deoxygenated channels in the left hemisphere imported from COBI data. The script assumes there are 33 channels of fNIR data, with the first channel being time. See scripts 021 through 023, and 025 through 026 for different variations of this script (ex: show all oxygenated, show right hemisphere deoxygenated only etc.).
