This script shows only the deoxygenated hemoglobin channels from imported COBI data. The script assumes there are 33 channels of fNIR data, with the first channel being time. See scripts 021 and 023 through 026 for different variations of this script (ex: show oxygenated only, show left hemisphere only etc.).
