Script 047 – Import Markers from Noldus ObserverXT

Version:

1.0

Description

BIOPAC Developer - scripting, network data transfer, API, support

This BIOPAC Basic Script will import markers from Noldus ObserverXT to AcqKnowledge.

First the data from Noldus ObserverXT must be formatted as a text file instead of a CSV file. Before saving as a text file, insure that the time column is formatted with a period (.) separation and not a comma (,) separation. Once the data has been saved as a text file, insert the filename and location into the AcqKnowledge script. Now, the script can be executed and the marker information and labels will be imported into the AcqKnowledge file.

The download folder includes the script, an ObserverXT file, and the output file.
