Successes and Struggles from the Frontline

Adopting distance learning was a challenge for many professors around the world. Dr. Swapan Mookerjee didn’t want to lose the curriculum he’d worked hard to develop over the years. After researching the many different options available, he decided to provide his students with the ability to run practical labs from their remote locations. Using BSL Home, Dr. Mookerjee’s exercise physiology class is now thriving, and he wants to share his struggles and successes.

On January 14, 2021, Dr. Mookerjee showed how BSL Home kits saved his practical lab and shared his experience teaching exercise science remotely.

Review this workshop to:

  • Learn how Dr. Mookerjee and others have taught remotely with BSL Home.
  • See how Dr. Mookerjee integrated his curriculum into BSL Home.
  • Learn how you can utilize the active learning segments in your own labs.
  • Discover tools for advanced analysis and lesson customization.

BSL Home kits include a data recorder with electrode leads, student-friendly software, lesson procedures, data reports and support resources for 9 lessons on heart signals (ECG), brain waves (EEG), muscle activity (EMG), eye movement (EOG), Respiration, Aerobic Exercise, and Biofeedback.
