H32 Heart Rate Variability

h32data.gif

This PRO lesson describes basic and advanced heart rate variability measurements and details hardware and software setup of the BSL PRO software to record ECG. All data collection and analysis is done via the BIOPAC MP3X data acquisition unit and the Biopac Student PRO software.

Experimental Objectives

This PRO lesson will explain statistical measures, geometric measures, and spectral analysis in heart rate variability studies.

Tasks Performed by the Student

Subject will relax in a supine position.

Noninvasive Blood Pressure Amp with Hemodynamics

Simple and noninvasive—finger sensor provides accurate & immediate feedback: arterial BP, cardiac output, fluid and hemodynamic status The NIBP100D-HD noninvasive blood pressure system provides a continuous, beat-to-beat, blood pressure signal recorded from the fingers of a subject. Measure noninvasive BP parameters (BP, sBP, dBP, mBP, and PR) plus hemodynamic parameters (PPV, SVV, CO, CI, SV,SI, SVR, […]
