Use BSL37U-M to upgrade Mac USB Biopac Student Lab software to BSL 3.7.6 .

This release updates lesson channel numbers (from the ordering used in BSL 3.7.3) to match the new MP45 two-channel system so labs can have a mix of data acquisition units:
--- Channels switched in L01, L02, L03, L04, L05, L06, L10, L12, L13, L17
--- Segment 8 dropped from L16
--- No change from BSL 3.7.3 for L07, L08, L09, L11, L14, L15, L20
