Biopac Science Lab lessons require an audio line in port. If the computer does not have built-in line in port, you can use an external audio line in port (such as USB-SOUND)
Important - An audio line in port in is not the same as a headphone port.

PC line in is usually blue and similar to this:
Mac line in
Mac models with line in: Core Duo, eMac, G5, iMac lamp/swing arm with 17" or 19" monitor; Mac mini - Core Duo; PowerBook with aluminum case; Power Mac (tower) G5.
