This BIOPAC Basic Script computes statistical measures of heart rate variability in user-specified time intervals. The statistics computed are described in Application Note 129. Specifically they are the RMSSD, SDSD, and pNN50. Output from the script is a spreadsheet containing these statistics and the time intervals over which they are computed.
Script download includes script file and a modified version of the ECG Lead II sample data file.
