Script 008 – Interpolate marked segments

Version:

1.0

Description

BIOPAC Developer - scripting, network data transfer, API, support

When a data file is noisy, it can be difficult to obtain a clean, consistent rate channel. The first step in cleaning up the noisy rate channel is to mark the beginning and end of the noisy segments. (See Script 007 for this download.)

After the noisy segments have been marked accordingly, the signal can be cleaned by performing linear interpolation on the active channel via connect endpoints.

You can mark all segments for interpolations using a “mark selection” script (Script 007) and then perform all of the interpolation by running this script once.

Script download contains sample data file and BIOPAC Basic Script.
