BioNomadix 2Ch Wireless ECG Amplifier

BioNomadix®: Physiology Where, When, and How You Want

Amplifier for wireless, wearable physiology

The Dual Wireless ECG BioNomadix Pair consists of a matched transmitter and receiver module specifically designed to measure Electrocardiogram (ECG) data on one or both channels from ambulatory subjects. The matched pair emulates a “wired” connection from subject to computer, with all the benefits of a fully-wireless recording system. These units interface with the MP160 (or older MP150)  data acquisition and analysis platform and AcqKnowledge software, allowing advanced analysis for multiple applications and supporting acquisition of a broad range of signals and measurements.

ECG signal data is transmitted at a rate of 2,000 Hz, providing an extremely high resolution ECG waveform at the receiver’s output. Raw data from the pair is bandlimited from 0.05 Hz to 150 Hz, to provide a very high quality recording. The matched pair incorporates internal, non-distorting, highpass and lowpass filters to provide for high quality amplification of the complete ECG waveform and associated complexes. The high signal to noise ratio and high time-based sampling resolution permit the pair to be used for exacting heart rate variability studies.
