BIOPAC is a business-to-business provider, committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining the safety and security of our customer and visitor data. Information is not sold to any third-party persons or entities. We process a limited amount of personally identifiable information to improve and understand visitor’s experiences, and for certain legitimate business purposes.

Legitimate interest for contact

1. If you are a PAID CUSTOMER your contact data will be stored indefinitely unless you ask us to remove it. We will keep your customer information (name, address, email, telephone, LinkedIn profile and web address), your product purchase information (products purchased), and historical communications data such as sales conversations, quotes, invoices, and technical support conversations so we can better assist you if you contact us in the future. We have a legitimate interest to contact you about product updates and bug fixes for products you have purchased and related products that you might be interested in because of your job function. These communications may be critical to the functioning of the product you purchased and/or may help you improve your research or discipline area.
2. If you HAVE REQUESTED INFORMATION FROM US by completing a web form, contacting us by phone or email, or by requesting information at a conference, your contact data will be stored for up to three consecutive years unless you ask us to remove it. We will keep your contact information (name, address, email, telephone, web address, and LinkedIn profile link), your product interest information, and historical communications data such as sales conversations, quotes, and invoices so we can better assist you if you contact us in the future and because we need our customer and sales data in order to maintain our business processes and procedures. We have a legitimate interest to contact you about products you inquired about and related products that might interest you as a result of your job function.
