Maker Faire
Date
Thursday, June 1, 2017
BIOPAC will support S.T.E.A.M. teaching and learning with hands-on demos at the 2nd annual Maker Faire at the local Adams Elementary School. BIOPAC will run two computer stations to show students how energy moves from their body and into the computer so they can see their heartbeat and hear their muscles.
Students can engage with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics at over 25 interactive, inspiring, and FUN maker booths—arranged by Sean Federbusch, Adams’ Design Center Teacher, and the organizing team—to demonstrate project-based learning; student projects will also be on display.
For more information about BIOPAC events, check the BIOPAC Events Calendar or email support@biopac.com.
