The BIOPAC MP160 System supports small animal MRI monitoring system for ECG, Heart Rate, EMG, blood pressure, respiration, temperature, pulse oximetry, CO2 and O2 gas analysis, electrical stimulation, and MRI triggering. BIOPAC has a range of options that can be used in the MRI for small animal monitoring. The modular MP160 system is configurable to meet your exact requirements. It is also possible to interface with existing MRI-compatible lab equipment.
The AcqKnowledge software (included with MP160 systems) provides tools for filtering the gradient noise from biopotential signals. It also includes tools for fully automated analysis of the physiological data. Electrical stimulation is fully controlled from the software and constant current and constant voltage outputs are available.
