246 - R-R INTERVAL PROCESSING WITH THE BIOPAC HRV ALGORITHM

AcqKnowledge calculates heart rate variability (HRV) using the Welch periodogram and least squares de-trending methods. To properly select the parameter values needed for the calculation of the Power Spectral Density, which is the "work-horse" tool for Heart Rate Variability analysis, a brief tutorial is presented.
