265 - MRI ARTIFACT REMOVAL FROM ECG WAVEFORMS
ECG waveforms can be “scrubbed” of MRI artifact with the judicious application of hardware and software tools. However, even with specialized hardware filtering (as with the MRI-specific amplifiers), some residual corruption from MRI-induced artifact is evident. In this note, various software filtering tools and approaches will be examined and performance metrics derived for the purpose of extracting a minimally corrupted ECG signal.
