Calculation Channel Scaling (i.e, Expression Evaluator)

If a calculation channel doesn't have scaling options, use the Rescale calcuation channel and/or Metachannel for scaling.

Rescale as an indepenedent calc channel or combine with the Expression Evaluator
Rescale using a Metachannel
Create a preset for the Rescale values
