This Site License extends the original Biopac Hardware API License (purchased as BHAPI) to a maximum of nine (9) concurrent users for use with the MP36/35 or MP150 System, and otherwise holds the same terms and conditions of that original license.
For network installations, the relevant number of copies is the number of machines upon which the software will be used.
For computer center installations, metering is allowed between the physiology lab and the computer center to allow the licensed number of copies of this program to be used at one time, either to acquire data in the physiology lab or to analyze data at the computer center. If this program is installed on more than the number of licensed computers, the server must control the number of users of the program at any one time so that licensed number of users is never exceeded.
The site license is non-transferable.
BHAPI cannot be distributed in whole or in part in any product or development product resulting from or requiring its use (contact BIOPACregarding Deployment Addendum licensing options).
