AcqKnowledge 4.1 is officially released for Windows Vista OS. If using with Windows XP and the program crashes to desktop, a file modification in the directory will need to be performed.

Under PROGRAM FILES > BIOPAC SYSTEMS INC. > ACQKNOWLEDGE 4.x > PLUGINS

1. Insert an underscore character before Filmstudio.dll in order to "turn off" the file.

2. Reboot the computer.

3. Launch AcqKnowledge.

If the software does not start again, move the file Filmstudio.dll to the desktop or another folder location, then restart the program.
