AcqKnowledge License Key Registration and Replacement Options

When you purchase a copy of AcqKnowledge 4 or a Research System that includes AcqKnowledge 4 you will receive one License Key (iLok USB). If you have purchased a system with additional licensed features such as Scripting, NDT, or Pressure-Volume Loop Analysis, these licenses will be pre-loaded on the License Key.

Immediately after receiving your software, the License Key should be registered on the BIOPAC website under Support>Product Registration. Registering your Software and License Key allows you to be eligible for the discounted License Key replacement program.

If you lose your key, contact BIOPAC Support. The Support Department will verify your License Key serial number via the product registration page and your customer account.

For standard key/license configurations (i.e., combinations sold on this site):

• The first time you lose your registered key—a replacement License Key will be issued for a deeply discounted price.
• If you lose your key multiple times, the cost of a replacement key will rise—contact BIOPAC support for details.

For custom keys, users must upgrade to AcqKnowledge 5; effective November 2016 BIOPAC no longer uses/creates iLok keys except for B-Alert and Stellar systems.
